Ironically my C++ "professor" seems incapable of understanding this very simple concept. Encapsulation Principles means nothing to him. He wrote me several times, as review comments of code assignments, irrational things like for example: "Do not understand why you are using std::cout etc" . I have received bad grades because of that. In his class is his way or the highway, despite the industry standards and common sense. He even demands adding the functional requirements (that everybody perfectly knows which ones they are) as massive and ugly comments on the code. The whole class is either terrorized, disappointed, confused, or without any interest. We have a separate Whatsapp group, for students only, and many of them don't understands a single thing he says in class. He makes technical mistakes, sometimes he doesn't use the proper technical terms, and he forgets the most basic stuff all the time. And this is just the surface of the weird things he does. Not everybody should be allowed to teach. I can't wait to leave that class and start with Java, my real passion.

I want to add something. There are 6 possibilities for Depth First Search Algorithm according to the starting point in data structure. D refers to the Data, L refers to the Left, R refers to the Right pointer. The possibilities are; A-PreOrder (1-DLR, 2-DRL), B-InOrder (3-LDR, 4-RDL), C-PostOrder (5-LRD, 6-RLD)

sorry to bother, but I have a question about operator+ vs operator+=. Is it more efficient to, with example parameters inp1 and inp2: return inp1 + inp2; or have a temporary, temp, in which you copy inp1 to temp, and then perform temp += inp2; i wondered why i found that in the cpp std::complex headers they prefer the second method and if it is worth to change the code. 😀
